Privacy Policy

1. Overview

ElevateTDI ("the Platform") is an internal coaching and development tool operated for TD Insurance colleagues. This policy describes how we handle information within the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

The Platform collects the following information from authorized users:

• Email address (used as a unique identifier for authentication)
• Role and business line selection
• Coaching session data entered by managers
• Community posts and event participation

3. How We Use Information

Information is used solely for:

• Authenticating users and managing access permissions
• Tracking coaching sessions and advisor development progress
• Generating performance reports and scorecards
• Facilitating team communication through the community feed

4. Data Storage

During the beta phase, data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). No data is transmitted to external servers beyond the hosting platform (Vercel). In production, data will be stored in a secure, encrypted database.

5. Access Control

Access is restricted to users with @td.com and @tdinsurance.com email addresses. Role-based access controls ensure users only see data relevant to their position in the organization.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties. All data remains within the TD Insurance organization.

7. Security

The Platform uses HTTPS encryption, domain-restricted registration, and password-protected access. Admin functions are protected by a separate authentication layer.
