1. Acceptance

By accessing ElevateTDI, you agree to these terms. This platform is for authorized TD Insurance colleagues only.

2. Authorized Use

The Platform is provided exclusively for TD Insurance internal coaching, training, and development purposes. Users must:

Use a valid @td.com or @tdinsurance.com email address
Use the Platform only for its intended business purpose
Keep login credentials confidential
Not share access with unauthorized individuals

3. User Conduct

Users agree to use the community features (posts, events, committees) professionally and in accordance with TD's code of conduct. Content that is discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate will be removed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, coaching frameworks, scenarios, and materials within ElevateTDI are proprietary to TD Insurance. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce Platform content outside of the organization.

5. Data Accuracy

Coaching scores, OKRs, and performance data entered into the Platform should be accurate and entered in good faith. Managers are responsible for the accuracy of coaching session records.

6. Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" during the beta phase. We aim for consistent availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
